Amdal In-Home Care utilizes skills-testing to verify competency in a wide-range of care knowledge.  We also perform thorough background screenings.  To be considered for employment you must meet the following requirements:

• Have at least one year professional caregiving experience,
• Complete and sign employment application,
• Clear a thorough Criminal and Social Security Background Screening,
• Must pass skills testing modules,
• Provide at least two verifiable references,
• Clean DMV driving record,
• Meet I-9 requirements upon job offer.
• Pass employment health screening.
