At Amdal In-Home Care our primary focus is to foster maximum independence, dignity and safety.
Over the last 10 years we have learned that care is enhanced by a team approach to care delivery. Each caregiver in the home is backed-up by a Care Coordinator, an Office Coordinator, a Staffing Coordinator, as well as our Director of Client Care and our CEO. Most of what they’ll do for you is behind-the-scenes, such as writing and refining care-plans, training caregivers to meet your specific needs, monitoring caregiver performance during shifts, documenting important events and communications, and interfacing with family members and health care professionals as needed.
Our care is also backed up by proprietary computer systems that allow us to document most all interactions with clients and caregivers. These electronic care histories over time allow us to see the “big picture” with each client, and detect patterns and changes in condition. Our systems also are “insurance-compatible” providing the detail that many companies require for billing and reimbursement.
