Time Tracking System
We are pleased to offer our clients the confidence of knowing that our Company carefully monitors the activities
of our caregivers through a telephonic time tracking system.
In the past, despite everyone's best efforts, it was often unclear that our caregivers were arriving and departing
from our clients homes at the agreed to times. With a recently implemented time tracking system, this is no longer
the case.
As each Caregiver arrives at a clients home, they now dial an 800 number (with no charge to the client) where they
log in to a time and attendance system. When their shift is over, they call the same 800 number and log out, while
also documenting the tasks that they performed. Caller ID insures that each caregiver is at the appropriate place.
At each Amdal In-home Care office, we monitor our caregivers comings and going in real-time over the internet as the
information from the time and attendance system is broadcast to us. We know instantaneously if a caregiver is late
to an assignment. With the real-time tracking of tasks completed at a clients, we also are able to insure adherence
to the Care Plan.
We're very excited about this capability which assures our clients that the services they've requested from us are
being delivered. A log of the time clock entries generated by each visit is available to our clients on request.
