Amdal In-Home Care utilizes skills-testing to verify competency in a wide-range of care knowledge. We also perform thorough background screenings. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
- Have at least one year professional caregiving experience
- Clear a thorough Criminal and Social Security Background Screening
- Must pass skills testing modules
- Provide at least two verifiable references
- Clean DMV driving record
- Meet I-9 requirements upon job offer
- Pass employment health screening
