Amdal In-Home Care utilizes skills-testing to verify competency in a wide-range of care knowledge. We also perform thorough background screenings. To be considered for employment you must meet the following requirements:

  • Have at least one year professional caregiving experience
  • Clear a thorough Criminal and Social Security Background Screening
  • Must pass skills testing modules
  • Provide at least two verifiable references
  • Clean DMV driving record
  • Meet I-9 requirements upon job offer
  • Pass employment health screening
