    • Your local Office Coordinator who monitors the quality of your caregivers and deals with any day-to-day requests you might have.

We utilize electronic record-keeping to document important interactions with clients and caregivers, including:

  • Electronic clock-in and clock-out of all shifts from clients home.
  • Records of all care services performed on each and every shift.
  • Changes in client condition and additional requests for services.
  • Reports from clients about employee performance.
  • Special handling by senior managements of any client complaint or concern about services.

Amdal In-Home Care also utilizes:

  • Regular and frequent care observation visits by Care Coordinators in the home to evaluate care needs and changes in status.
  • RN developed care protocols and training programs for caregivers.
